Steffen Dyre Hansen

Steffen Dyre Hansen, born in 1973, is a partner and co-founder of The Assessment Company AS. Leading the company's operations, Steffen brings extensive consulting experience showcasing a deep understanding of business strategy and development.

Specializing in talent management, Steffen has played a key role in various large international projects, aiding in the selection of future executives and designing leadership development programs for both international and national companies across different sectors. Prior to co-founding the company with partner Stian Dyre Hansen, Steffen spent 14 years at Mercuri Urval, an international consulting firm. Starting in Norway, he held positions such as Business Unit Director and International Business Manager, later expanding his expertise to Europe and Australia. After a stint in Sydney from 2008 to 2011, he returned to Norway as the SVP International Business Region for Northern and Southern Europe. Since January 2012, he has served as the Head of Mercuri Urval's Oslo office.

With a keen focus on organizational goals, Steffen leverages his management consulting expertise to act as a strategic business partner for clients in ICT, FMCG, and various industries and professional services in Scandinavia. Holding a master's degree in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School, he is certified in OPQ personality tests and has completed an Executive Management Program at INSEAD, emphasizing leadership, innovation, and strategy.
