Stian Dyre Hansen

Born in 1976, Stian Dyre Hansen is a partner and co-founder of The Assessment Company AS. With a strong background in retail and leadership, his expertise in product management, development, strategic and operational procurement, logistics, category development, and finance aligns with The Assessment Company's vision of "Connecting People to the Future." Prior to establishing the company with co-owner Steffen Dyre Hansen, Stian held various positions at NorgesGruppen ASA, starting as a product manager in 2004 and later progressing to roles such as CEO of Norsk Polar AS and sales director at Unil AS. He also worked as a regional director for Hedmark and Oppland at ISS Facility Services.

As a consultant, Stian strategically works towards achieving organizational goals, demonstrating strong business acumen and effective collaboration with individuals and teams. He studied Retail Management at Norges Varehandels Høyskole (Handelshøyskolen BI) and is certified in OPQ personality tests, having completed the INSEAD Executive Management Program.
